Wedding Day
Management
This option is ideal for couples that have already planned their wedding in Tuscany but want the freedom to enjoy their day and feel confident that everything will be a success!
- Fiorella will be on-site for the entire day to oversee the implementation of the time-line and to take care of anything ah hoc that may arise – We always come with our Wedding Day Emergency Kit.
- We will come on board a few weeks prior to the wedding day and liaise directly with the venue, suppliers and guests, be the point of contact on the day and oversee the venue and ceremony set-up ( including decorating and styling) so you are free to enjoy every special moment of your wedding day.
Partial Wedding
Planning
This service is ideal for couples that have most planned their wedding but need some help for the last details and want the freedom to enjoy their special day.
So with Partial Wedding Planning, we continue with any elements you have started whether it is liaising with suppliers, liaise with vendors or anything else that may require some further assistance.
We will help you regardless of what stage you are at and ensure it stays within the designated budget. Partial Wedding Planning includes Wedding Day Co-ordination.
This includes:
- Meeting to formulate plan of remaining tasks
- Confirmation of and communication with all vendors
- Detailed timelines created and distributed to client, vendors
- Walk through of location to discuss layout and logistics of the wedding
- Coordination with professionals throughout the wedding day
Full-Service
Wedding Planning
This option is ideal for couples that are very busy and are looking for a full planning especially if the couple hasn't any idea where to start and wants someone on their side every step of the way!
From budget planning to venue visits, supplier recommendations and negotiations, to wedding day management, the full wedding planning services offers an experienced wedding professional who will be with you every step of the way.
If you book this package, Fiorella Weddings will be with you from your very first wedding purchase until the last guest departs on the day.
- In a relaxed atmosphere (or via zoom call) in our office in Italy, with procecco and appetizers, we will discuss your wishes and needs for your forthcoming wedding. If the chemistry is right and the feeling is good, we can move on to planning.
